We believe eating can be enjoyable and healthy. We take the confusion out of food choices and supplements by structuring an individualized program best for you. Gender, age, blood type, genetics, and lifestyle determine the unique nutritional strategy we implement for your wellness and longevity.

In addition, we offer each of our clients a BIA (Bio Impedance Analysis) test that examines cell health, hydration levels, fat mass, and basal metabolic rate, which help provide a complete overview of your internal and external health analysis. Have you been drinking enough water? Are your cells the same age as you, or are they younger or older?
Nutrition (also called nourishment or aliment) is the all important provision, to cells of our bodies, of the materials necessary (in the form of food) to support growth, repair, replentishment, life. Many basic, and all too common, health problems can be prevented or alleviated with a healthy diet.
Our diet is simply what we eats, which is largely determined by our perceived palatability of foods — what we think tastes good. Most often we eat, and like, what we are in the habit of eating. We provide safe, evidence-based, dietary advice and management to individuals, businesses, and institutions, to help you break the bad habits and develop an on-going process that will lead to good habits in your nutrition.
We partner with our clients to engage in a range of thought provoking and creative processes that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential. Our programs are carefully crafted with the individual client in mind. These are detailed, in-depth, coaching sessions with a focus on the individual.
FYCNYC Life CoachingLife coaching is a future-focused practice with the aim of helping our clients determine, and achieve, their personal goals. Our life coaching programs select from among several methods to help clients set and reach goals. Life coaching draws inspiration from across numerous disciplines including sociology, psychology, positive adult development, career counseling, mentoring and other types of counseling. Our programs may apply mentoring, values assessment, behavior modification, behavior modeling, goal-setting and other techniques in helping you move successfully forward into the future.
Life coaching is not akin to psychotherapy. Life coaching is unlike therapy in that it does not focus on examining nor diagnosing the past, nor does it delve into diagnosing mental illness or dysfunction. Instead coaching focuses on effecting change in a client’s current and future behavior with a focus on moving forward.
Business coaching (life coaching applied to a business client within the scope of their business practice) is not the same as mentoring. Mentoring involves a developmental relationship between a more experienced “mentor” and a less experienced partner, and typically involves sharing of business related advice.
A business coach can, of course, act as a mentor given that he or she has adequate expertise and experience in the particular business field of the client. However mentoring, in itself, is not a form of business coaching.
A good business coach need not have specific business expertise and experience in the same field as the person receiving the coaching in order to provide quality business coaching services. Business coaching is, and needs to be, more structured and formal than mentoring alone.
Just as our minds require strengthening to embrace life’s difficult situations and decisions, such as relationships, family, career, and lifestyle, and our spirits need centering and calming to create the internal space to grow as complete individuals, so our bodies also require tuning and development to keep our energy high and build the confidence necessary to reinforce our mental powers.
